The Northern Design Festival is all about bringing together emerging and established creative talent in the North of England with a range of talks, events and get-togethers in the calendar perfect for creatives everywhere. Our student-led initiative is making waves. From radio shows, to panel discussions, and now to our glistening new website - developed and hosted by our Sponsors, Hotfoot Design.
Hotfoot is an award-winning, independent creative agency based in Lancaster. We’ve loved working with Hotfoot throughout this project - not just as our Sponsors, but as collaborators. And we’re excited to continue to bring opportunities to emerging creatives with our great partnership. It’s clear that our proposition resonated with the team at Hotfoot. Their helpful and considerate, yet strategic and skillful approach has helped us connect with other like-minded creatives in the North with our Sponsored events, and now our new website.
Hotfoot really understood, and were determined to support, our mission from day one - which is to serve as a platform dedicated to spotlighting the creativity and innovation of talented student designers - and allowed us to express ourselves freely and creatively with our very own NDF designs and branding featured across our new website. It’s really exciting to see it all come to life!
It was important for us to be able to showcase the exceptional creative talent in the North and we couldn't have done it without Hotfoot, and the rest of our NDF Partners and Sponsors.
Charlie Haywood, Founder and Creative Director at Hotfoot, said “We could see that Toni and Niamh had the focus and drive to make the Northern Design Festival a huge success. We were just happy to play a small part in their exciting journey”
Guy Cookson-Rabouhi, Partner and Marketing Director at Hotfoot, said, “The success of the creative industries depends on there being an influx of new talent, new energy and new ideas. The team behind NDF embodies this and have created an event that brings together new and established voices right here in the North, where there is so much creative talent.”
